Christopher Combemale, Associate Agent

Christopher Combemale is an associate agent at Sterling Lord Literistic, Inc. where he has worked since 2019. He is looking for voice driven literary and upmarket fiction, especially any novel with a high concept. He is open to speculative elements as well as genre fiction with an upmarket execution, particularly thriller and fantasy. In non-fiction he is interested in nature, history, science, and expert driven projects with prescriptive takeaways. His clients have won the Carnegie Medal, National Book Award, Baille Gifford, Lambda, and James Beard Award, among others. As a Singaporean/French/American born and raised in London, he is interested in international, cross-cultural perspectives and work in translation. He graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill as a Morehead-Cain Scholar and now lives in Brooklyn.
